Well, we had to wait for the person manning the station to be searched for. We were told the hibachi station was working. they can't keep asking for tips, while treating customers in a that bad way. While i understand that most of restaurants' workers make money by tips, that doesn't mean that tip is a right. This place treats customers in a very bad way. Therefore throughly recommend the Ming Gardens for a fantastic meal in Hong Kong and its very reasonably priced at around, HK$375 (AUD$62), each.
I can give no further praise, other than to say that all three of us rated this meal as one of the best, if not the best Chinese meal we had eaten anywhere in the world, including mainland China. The best part about this meal that it did not seem that much, if any, MSG was present in the meals as none of us suffered with any indigestion or bloating usually associated with heaps of MSG use. All these courses were served with some of the best special fried rice imaginable, along with a serve of steamed rice that was just as tasty. many courses which we shared amongst our group of three, including some of the best Peking Duck we had tasted, Barbecue Pork to die for, shrimps, and to finish roast chicken.
Well it was one of the best chance places we have come across as far as Chinese restaurants go.
